My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was beautiful with lush surroundings and comfortable amenities, but the excessive use of plastic and lack of recycling options was concerning. The service was exceptional, with helpful staff all around. However, the dining options were limited and overpriced for what was offered.

However, the service was top-notch, with friendly and professional staff around the pool area and at Heyward's. The location, while not as impressive as expected, was still good for accessing restaurants and activities. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with some options being overpriced but others being amazing. Overall, there were some positive aspects but also some room for improvement in various areas.
